After nearly two years of preparatory construction and equipment installation and commissioning, the second-phase intelligent production line of Hainan Huayan Fish Collagen Peptide Project was officially put into operation recently, which marks that Hainan Huayan’s production capacity and quality have improved to a higher level, and it has achieved a significant achievement.

After the operation of the second phase of the production line, the production capacity of the Hainan Huayan Collagen will increase by 2.5 times, with an annual output of 4,500-5,000 tons. It will become the largest monomer production factory specializing in the production of fish collagen peptides in Asia. 

The biggest highlight of this production line is the biological peptide transparent workshop, through which people can closely watch the core production process of small molecule biological peptides, the testing process of raw materials and finished products, and truly feel the high quality of the product.
