Application:
1. It is widely used as sour agent, acidity regulator,color retainer, preservative and emulsion stabilizer of egg yolk, etc., in food and also used in pharmaceuticals.
2. It can be used as one of the raw materials for the synthesis of descaling agents and fluorescent whitening agents in the chemical industry. Added to shellac varnish or other varnishes, it can prevent the paint surface from skinning. The polyester resin and alkyd resin produced with this acid are plastics with special purposes.
